Many Korean-Americans suffer from speech, language, and/or swallowing disorders. However, Korean-Americans often receive minimal speech therapy services due to a limited knowledge regarding the availability of speech therapy services and/or lack of speech therapy services in Korean.
This is a critical issue because speech, language, and/or swallowing disorders can limit academic achievement, social adjustment, and career advancement which could change one's life.
I would like to present this website to the Korean-American communities.
